Shipping policy

Most orders process within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States.

Domestic Shipping 

Standard shipping: 3-4 business days
Express shipping: 1-2 business days

Order Tracking

If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our studio. Most orders are fulfilled within one to five business days, except during holidays. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact at hello@kihonewyork.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time. 

Shipping Disruptions

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, KIHO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, please check with your building management, front desk, or neighbors who may have received it on your behalf. If it is still missing, we recommend contacting USPS directly to open a delivery inquiry.
