Refund policy

At KIHO NEW YORK, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, any used products cannot be returned or refunded. We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. KIHO NEW YORK is not responsible for lost return shipments.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kihonewyork.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a return request has been approved, the returned item must be received within 14 days. Returns received after this period may be declined.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

Any item approved for return must be received within 14 days of return approval. Items received after this period may be declined.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted on sale items, gift cards, or personalized items.

Exchanges

You may exchange your product for another item of the same value within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges. Replacement orders will be shipped in accordance with our standard shipping policy.

Once an exchange request has been approved, the original item must be received within 14 days. Items received after this period may be declined. Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your original order included a shipping charge, that amount will not be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@kihonewyork.com.
