Terms and Conditions
By participating in the KIHO Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Each customer is allowed one rewards account. Accounts cannot be merged.
2. Points Earning
Points are awarded on the subtotal of qualifying purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts or promotional offers.
Points cannot be earned on previous purchases made before joining the program.
3. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases based on the points-to-dollar conversion (e.g., 100 points = $5 off).
A minimum of 100 points is required for redemption. The maximum redemption per transaction is 400 points.
Points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and are not redeemable for cash.
4. Tier Progression
Tiers are based on the total points accumulated through purchases and engagement with KIHO.
Tier benefits are subject to change without notice.
If a member fails to engage with the program for 12 consecutive months, their tier level and points may expire.
5. Points Expiration
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no purchases or engagement actions (e.g., leaving reviews or referring friends) during this period.
6. Program Changes
KIHO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to earning rates, redemption values, and tier benefits.
7. Fraud or Abuse
Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the rewards program, including creating multiple accounts, may result in forfeiture of points and termination of membership.
