Terms and Conditions
By participating in KIHO Rewards, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Each customer may maintain one rewards account. Accounts cannot be merged or transferred.
2. Earning Points
Points are awarded on the subtotal of qualifying purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and promotional offers.
Points are not awarded retroactively for purchases made prior to enrollment.
3. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases according to the current points-to-dollar conversion (e.g., 100 points = $5 off). A minimum of 100 points is required per redemption. The maximum redemption per transaction is 400 points. Points are not redeemable for cash and may not be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
4. Tier Progression
Tier status is determined by total accumulated points. Tier benefits and qualification thresholds are subject to change at any time. If no qualifying activity occurs for 12 consecutive months, both tier status and points may expire.
5. Points Expiration
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Inactivity is defined as no qualifying purchases or eligible engagement actions (such as leaving a review or referring a friend) during that period.
6. Program Changes
KIHO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
This includes changes to earning rates, redemption values, tier structure, or benefits.
7. Fraud or Abuse
Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the program, including the creation of multiple accounts, may result in forfeiture of points and termination of membership.
